Hallmark cards and FTD bouquets are all very nice, we suppose—but when it comes to showing that you care enough to send the very best (or simply want to let the ones you care about know how much you love your yoni), you can’t do much better than sending one of these colorful and artistic vaginal-themed ecards courtesy of Swedish artists Sudharm and Nirmala. (Frameable wall prints are promised in the near future.) After all, as its creators point out, “The Cunt is something that about half of the world inhabitants have between their legs—in other words, its something totally natural and common” … and we’re all for any kind of art that people everywhere can get into.

Like many of you, we’ve spent more lonely hours than we’d like to admit staring slack-jawed at endless “Girls Gone Wild” infomercials and escort ads on late-night public access television (please don’t make us feel like we’re the only pathetic ones out there, ok?)—but for some reason we find these German teletext examples that were collected for a music video on Dutch TV a couple of years ago a lot more sexy. Then again, we’ve always been suckers for the combination of 8-bit color and blocky, pixelated boobs, so maybe that’s not too much of a surprise.

Once again, we find ourselves at a complete loss to describe what lies in store behind the seemingly innocuous Japanese URL sent to us by a reader today, despite the best efforts of our otherwise dependable online translation software: not only can’t we tell you anything about the talented artist responsible for this assortment of hentai which runs the gamut from fairly standard (though nicely drawn) doe-eyed pinup and light bondage stuff to increasingly more bizarre material, we had no idea there was a fetish audience out there for cartoons involving women cleaning themselves out with toilet brushes and giving birth to schools of live fish. Tentacle sex was only the beginning, kids.
There’s something for everyone in the multimedia, pansexual “New Erotix” exhibition opening tomorrow at NYC’s Art @ Large gallery: Tasteful watercolors depicting hot lesbian strap-on sex? Check. Hot frameable gay porn star action, just in case that HX cover you stuck on your refrigerator isn’t cutting it? Check. A little something to brighten the walls of the rollerskate or clown porn fetishist in your life? Check and double check. Even if you think you don’t know much about art, you’re sure to find something that you like.

We’ve spent so much time searching for that elusive ideal woman here at Fleshbot that we never realized she might’ve been just a few clicks away from us all along in the galleries of digital artist and illustrator Rion Vernon, whose universe is populated with a bevy of beauties including cheeky punk chicks, sexy space vixens, and badass burlesque babes. Now if only we could meet one of them in real life …

In our neverending quest to bring you the ultimate altporn renaissance woman, we direct your attention to the delectable Molly Crabapple (“possible relation to Edna; definitely no resemblance”, according to our friends at Sex Wrecks), whose considerable talent in the fields of watercolour, oil painting, and illustration is almost as impressive as her fetish-flavored appearances before the cameras of photographers such as Bob Coulter, Kelly Lind, and Lithium Picnic. We’ve said it before, but this time it’s for real: we think we’re in love.

We see a lot of fetish art sites in the course of our daily grind, but it’s not every day that we come across one that combines such a multi-disciplinary approach to the subject as does this Italian offering, which features art and photography in addition to a selection of downloadable fetish music MP3s. If you’ve been searching for the perfect soundtrack for your next quiet evening of foot worship or bring-your-own paddle party with the neighbors, you now have another resource to consider.
Just because most porn videos are tacky doesn’t mean that the packaging for them has to be as well: Alaska is a talented graphic designer whose box covers, DVD menus, and promo material for dirty movies (including such all-time Fleshbot favorites as “Art School Sluts”, “Stuntgirl”, and “Kill Girl Kill”) are works of art in themselves, a far cry from the usual slapdash Photoshop jobs that usually stare at you from the shelves of your local euphemistically named “adult bookstore”. In fact, sometimes we find ourselves poring over Alaska’s work so much when we receive a copy of one of the films he’s worked on that we forget to check out what’s on the DVD itself. (But not quite.)

From an artistic standpoint, Andrew Bawidamann’s pinups combine just the right amount of vintage styling with a modern alternative/fetish sensibility to make them classics of their kind … but it’s those bodacious boobies and butts that really get our motors running. After all, artistic merit isn’t the only thing we consider when looking at this sort of stuff.
While many of the online Japanese erotic art galleries we post about on Fleshbot tend to feature a particular theme (superhero tickling fetishism, supermuscular women or superginormous breasts, anyone?), there isn’t much consistency behind the choice of subject matter for the illustrations and watercolors on view in this one: beleagured catwomen in bondage, sexy nude she-androids, and G-rated fantasy tableaus all get equal play. Either Junny is one seriously versatile artist, or our lack of Japanese is once again making us miss the whole point of something.
While our catholic-with-a-lowercase-C tastes in smut are largely responsible for keeping us interested in writing about porn every day (it sure isn’t our paychecks), we sometimes find it difficult, say, to reconcile our love for sexy anime chicks with our attraction to strong, muscular women. Thanks to the efforts of the talented fantasy artists at this long-running Japanese gallery site, however, we no longer have to choose.

In addition to having her work appear in publications like Playboy, Maxim, and Skin Two over the years, artist Jennifer Janesko has been fortunate enough to meet hotties like Dita Von Teese, Neriah Davis, and Victoria Zdrok—not to mention immortalize them in her work. Maybe it’s about time we gave up our keyboards and started using an airbrush to improve our social lives instead?

Sometimes when we decide to feature a new website or publication on Fleshbot, we’ll spend a considerable amount of time doing research on it to bring you a finely nuanced, critical appraisal of its contents. And sometimes we’ll just take note of the title, browser through a couple of pictures, look at what the critics have to say, and figure that those are enough for you to decide for yourself whether it’s up your particular, er, alley or not. This is one of those times.
