We usually wouldn't post a sexy photograph of an actress who hasn't reached legal age yet, but after thinking about it we decided it would be O.K. since you really can't see all that much in this digitally doctored paparazzi pic of America's favorite non-twin jailbait - though we're sure there's an army of pervy Photoshop artists making even more adjustments as we speak.
If you look closely it appears that it's been tweaked slightly. The photograph, we mean.
Incidentally, Lindsay turns 18 on July 2. Why isn't there an online countdown page for that?

Update A Fleshbot reader claims that the above photo was originally published the way you see it on Yahoo! News, although it's since been pulled. Still looks like a fake to us. (Thanks to K-Cebo - who also sends us a link to this hi-res version and asks, "Why is her nipple the same color as her breast?" - for the info.)
